More than 300 experts in online communities from around the globe are set to attend nonick
More than 300 experts in online communities from the United States, Britain, Germany, Holland, France and Italy, among other countries, will gather in Bilbao this May 14-15 for Nonick 2010, an international conference on social networks and online communities. The conference will be held entirely in English.
After just a couple days of enrolment, almost a third of the seating capacity of EITB’s Multibox has been occupied. That’s already twice as many entries compared to the equivalent time last year when we were preparing for nonick 2009.
The registration fee includes entry to all lectures and workshops, dinner, two lunches and a coffee-break specially designed for the networking event. For early entries the price is 100 euros. Don’t wait too long to sign up as prices go up towards the beginning of May to 150 euros and there’s always a danger you will be unable to attend due to limited places.
This year’s main topic is online communities and will be opened with a presentation by Jennifer Preston, Social Media Editor of the New York Times. The two days will be filled with talking, round table discussions, networking and workshops in which more than 300 experts from all around the world will share their experiences.
In addition to Jennifer Preston, more than 300 experts in online communities from the United States, Britain, Germany, Holland, and others will share their experiences via lectures, round table discussions and workshops.
The event is organized and hosted by eitb.com, the Basque Government and SPRI, in collaboration with metroo.
